When I first began to digitally create my fictive landscapes I had to think on how my creations can be materialized and reproduced as close as possible to what they look like on my screen. Saying it like this is an evidence but it is not as easy as it is!
Proposing Fine Art prints of my creation was the perfect balance between an afordable price with high quality making.
So basically, what is a Fine Art Print ?
Fine Art Print refers to a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork, typically produced using specialized printing techniques and materials to maintain the integrity and aesthetic qualities of the original piece.
Key characteristics of fine art prints are :
- High-Quality Materials : Fine art prints are usually printed on archival-quality paper or canvas, ensuring longevity and durability.
- High-Resolution Printing: Advanced printing techniques are employed to capture fine details, colors, and textures accurately, maintaining the fidelity of the original artwork. In my case, the texture of my creartions comes firstly from the texture of the paper itself.
- Limited Editions: Some fine art prints are produced in limited editions, with each print numbered and signed by the artist, adding value and exclusivity to the print. All my prints are limited edition to 30 copies, signed and numeroted.
- Authentication: Authentic fine art prints are often accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, providing details about the printing process, edition size, and the artist's signature.
